Immersed in views of the Atlantic Ocean, this villa rental occupies an elevated location of choice in Grand Cul de Sac, overlooking the cove of Petit Cul de Sac and Turtle Island. Pointe Milou and Anse Toiny are very close. Gustavia, its shops, and all the other must-see sites can be reached in just a few minutes by car.

Set over two levels, the contemporary architecture of the villa was designed so as to preserve the privacy of its occupants. The beautiful infinity pool extends in front of a wooden terrace where sun loungers and a dining table are oriented towards the view, while at one end an outdoor lounge extends the external living space, sheltered by a charming little flower garden.

The living space occupies the central part of the building which is light and bright with its pure white walls inside and outside, set under ceilings of gleaming white wood. The lounge is a place of soothing serenity with its large sofa facing the huge bay, and with the windows fully open invites contemplation of the panorama. Here and there, scarlet and golden touches awaken the stark decoration and sharpen your appetite on the side of the open kitchen with its amazing egg-shaped cooking island design.

Bedrooms
The two bedrooms on the main level are located on both sides of the common space for total privacy. The same dimensions, large and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace, and of course enjoying the view beyond the large bays. Another positive trait of the villa, there is a TV room on the lower level and a fitness area that offers a unique view of the pool. Finally, the amenities are completed by a third bedroom with bathroom which is very quiet and intimate.
