Villa Dunes

Villa Dunes St Barts is more than 16,000 square feet is surrounded by the unspoiled nature that this part of the island is known for. Set on the hillside overlooking the beach that stretches its sandy strip of sand to the south and the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Two hectares of lush tropical garden - home to endemic plants, palms and bougainvilleas - showcase the ultramodern architecture of gray stone, slate and zinc, and the landscape design of its exteriors. Two pools on the ground floor and garden level, one for floating around with your loved ones, the other for swimming, perhaps, await the plunges of the twelve guests who are divided between the main building and two independent bungalows. Stone stairs, grassy sunbathing beaches and wooden terraces harmoniously play on the contrast of natural materials.

Among the six suites of Villas Dunes St Barts, one of the masters is situated in the main building. It enjoys the panorama from the bed, and a luxurious and refined decoration in the ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor, three other suites occupy the entire space, with independent access, bathrooms and private terraces for total privacy. The outside steps lead you to the two bungalows in the midst of the tropical garden, each with a large suite and bathroom, and a covered terrace with views. One of the bungalows is equipped with a kitchen and an outdoor living-dining room, which gives it the advantages of a small villa all by itself.
