Surrounded by lush trees on the hillside, the property - the main building inspired by a classic colonial house, and the cottage housing a large suite - is distributed around a large sun terrace, protected in places by beneficial sun breakers. Towards the west, at the bottom of a flight of steps, discover your atypical swimming pool, the sun-loungers lined up in front of the view, and a shaded gazebo. A lower level, with a new wooden terrace providing a quiet place to sunbathe, is set in front of the last suite of the villa. A fitness room is located at this same level.
