Set over two levels, the contemporary architecture of the villa was designed so as to preserve the privacy of its occupants. The lounge is a place of soothing serenity with its large sofa facing the huge bay, and with the windows fully open invites contemplation of the panorama. Here and there, scarlet and golden touches awaken the stark decoration and sharpen your appetite on the side of the open kitchen with its amazing egg-shaped cooking island design.
The two bedrooms on the main level are located on both sides of the common space for total privacy. The same dimensions, large and comfortable, with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the terrace, and of course enjoying the view beyond the large bays. Another positive trait of the villa, there is a TV room on the lower level and a fitness area that offers a unique view of the pool. Finally, the amenities are completed by a third bedroom with bathroom which is very quiet and intimate.
