The grandiose scale of Villa Epicure is easy to see from the moment you drive up its long driveway, where ample parking is available. A combination of white walls against rich, dark woods gives a warm and inviting first impression that is amplified once you see the views from the terrace and pool deck. The long infinity pool is flanked by sunbathing decks on either side, and behind this another sprawling covered terrace that allows for outdoor dining and lounging.
Great views and a gentle sea breeze can blow through the indoor living room, which directly accesses the terrace via large, fully retracting doors. Another very large space, the lounge area has two oversized sofas providing plenty of space to sit and relax, gather together, or watch TV, and is open to the kitchen and dining room at the other end. The kitchen is very modern and lustrous with black cabinets and worktops against a brushed stainless steel backsplash. The striking staircase linking the upper and lower floors of Villa Epicure sits at the back of the living room.
Configured well for either families or couples, Villa Epicure boasts seven bedrooms, six of the bedrooms are ensuite. The Master bedroom is understandably the most impressive. On the main floor of Villa Epicure, it has a massive walk-in closet and dressing area with beautiful ocean views. A further two ensuite bedrooms, also with ocean views, are on this same main floor, and the remaining four bedrooms are on the lower level, where, to one end of the corridor are two ensuite bedrooms and to the other end, one ensuite. The final bedroom is not ensuite but does have a bathroom just across the hallway.
