The convivial space extends generously outside under an awning, which covers an outdoor dining area and continues along the facade, creating plenty of areas to enjoy some welcome shade. A fully equipped kitchen is located just behind the dining table.
The large master suite has no less than two bathrooms. An adjoining lounge-library allows various activities to be carried out in peace and quiet, be they relaxation or business related and the swimming pool, just steps away, is directly accessible. For maximum privacy, the second suite, with its own bathroom, is located at the other end of the house. Finally, in a separate bungalow a half of a level higher, the breathtaking view can again be enjoyed from the small private terrace.
