This rental villa crowns the peak of the hill, surrounded by rock and lush vegetation. You access it by winding up to the edge of the cliff where the pool faces the spectacular panorama. The unique design for St Barths, influenced, as the villa’s name suggests, by the ancient Greeks and Ottomans, allows for a different feel here. A central patio complete with columns, separates a common area with kitchen on one side, plus one of the suites, while the second suite is located at the other end of the vast wooden deck, providing maximum privacy for two adult couples. There is a Jacuzzi below, and outdoor spaces on platforms serve to isolate themselves while enjoying the sun. The perspectives change, but the wonder remains the same.
Each space is defined under the high roof frames, and the impression of freedom is total because the light and the sea breezes freely cross through the high arched bays. The virgin white of the walls brings extra light to the villa and does not detract from the views or the elegance of the architecture, yet there are chic splashes of color and decoration here and there.
The two very beautiful suites, each identical in size, each offer a private lounge while the beds are set back slightly into cozy alcoves, from where you can admire the view and relish in the privacy while the bathrooms allow you to take a shower outside, and even rejuvenate in a sauna.
